ABOUT US
Reddo is a family-led non-profit organisation dedicated to making a positive impact on society's most vulnerable individuals. We believe in the power of early intervention to help future generations integrate and thrive within our communities.
Reddo provides crisis intervention and daily support services with a focus on:
- Preventing children and young people from entering the care system.
- Supporting children within the care system, such as those with learning difficulties or special needs, through tailored care.
- Assisting young people involved in criminal activities with support during their time in custody.
- Recruiting and offering specialised training through our Academy to ensure the delivery of the most appropriate services—treating each case according to its individual circumstances and needs.
- Bringing innovative technology to the social care sector.

HEARTS, HEADS AND HANDS APPROACH
Our staff open their hearts and empathise with challenges faced by children and their families. This heartfelt approach forges genuine human connections. With their heads, they assess practical ways to work together with the families, offering psychological and emotional support to improve their situation. Often, the most crucial part of our work is simply extending a hand to our most vulnerable clients, asking them to trust us in times of crisis, and providing hands-on support during difficult moments.
At Reddo, we excel in finding dedicated staff to support children and families through crises and transition periods. Our expertise in counselling and therapeutic interventions allows us to create tailored solutions to different cases. We provide comprehensive training and free therapeutic courses to ensure our staff meets social care regulations.

Together, hand in hand, we are developing support plans that work
